Shipping & Delivery
All orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard (3-5 day) shipping within the United States. No promotional code needed.
Free shipping does not apply to international customers.
To choose the right shipping speed, add 48 hours to the service speed to allow for fulfillment. If you have items with special services, like personalization, add three days before shipping.
We ship Monday to Friday, except for federal holidays.
- "Next Day" shipping means your item will arrive in 1-2 days (Excluding fulfillment time)
- "Standard Shipping" takes 3-5 days (Excluding fulfillment time)
- Foreign shipping may take up to 14 business days.

We offer flat rate shipping of $5.99 on Standard 3-5 day shipping for all orders under $70 in the United States.
For all other shipping options, like next-day and international shipping, rates vary depending on your region and order weight.

Returns & Refunds
Our top priority is your satisfaction with your Laek products. In the event that you are not completely happy with your purchase, we provide free returns within 30 days for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and not customized. If you purchased the product from an authorized dealer, please reach out to them for their specific return policy details.
In order to qualify for a complimentary return, the following conditions must be satisfied:
- All returns must be associated with a purchase made on laek.co. Returns are not available for items bought from sources other than laek.co.
- To initiate a return, you need to contact us within 30 days of the original purchase. Upon approval, a prepaid shipping label will be provided to you.
- Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
- The merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
- The items must not be customized.
Please allow for a maximum of 10 business days for the refund process. During peak holiday periods, processing times may be extended. Refunds will be credited back to the original form(s) of payment used for the purchase. If multiple payment methods were utilized, the refunds will be distributed across all payment methods used. Customized products are not eligible for returns.
For exchanges, kindly return the item(s) for a full refund and place a new order on laek.co for the desired item.
Please note that laek.co does not offer price matching with dealers or competitors.
This policy does not apply to items on sale with a discount exceeding 25%. All items discounted by more than 25% are considered final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned.
If you receive free shipping by spending more than $70 but decide to return items bringing your order under $70, a $5.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by our warranty, you are not eligible for a refund. If rejected, the customer will pay for the return shipping to us and will have the option to pay for shipping the item back to them or to not have the product sent back to them.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you receive free shipping by spending more than $70 but decide to return items bringing your order under $70, a $5.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
Our return and refund policies do not apply to items on sale with a discount exceeding 25%. All items discounted by more than 25% are considered final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your payment provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Laek provides free return labels exclusively for the contiguous United States. Laek cannot be held responsible for items that are delivered to the wrong address, lost or stolen in transit, or otherwise delayed by third-party shipping companies, postal depots, freight forwarders, etc.
Here are the recommended guidelines for shipping your return:
1. Ensure the safety of the returned product during transit by packing it securely. You can use either the original product packaging or your own. Just make sure that any previous tracking numbers are not visible.
2. Attach your return label firmly to the package to ensure its security.
3. Use the shipping label provided to ship your return. We suggest keeping a copy of the drop-off receipt for your records.
If you prefer to use your own shipping service, please include the original order information inside the box. We recommend selecting a service that offers package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Please note that any additional costs for return shipping are non-refundable and that we do not pay for the return shipping when using your own shipping service.
Warranty
All our products are subject to quality control inspection before being shipped out, but every once in a while, we miss something, or things just don't go to plan. That's why we offer a warranty for the product's lifetime. We guarantee any products or parts that have failed in their intended use due to manufacturing defects. The term "product lifetime" specifically refers to the duration during which the product can no longer fulfill its intended purpose due to regular usage. It does not refer to your lifetime.
Our guarantee includes the following:
- Deficiencies in materials
- Flaws in workmanship and craftsmanship
- Manufacturer defects
The warranty does not encompass defects caused by modifications, repairs, or replacement parts performed by third parties. Additionally, punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural fading of colors and materials over time and use are not covered under the warranty.
To have your warranty claim approved, you must fulfill the following conditions:
- Provide photographs or videos illustrating the defect and a brief description of the problem.
- Explain when and how the defect was discovered.
- The product must have only been utilized for its intended purpose.
We will, at our discretion, replace the faulty product or its components free of charge. If the product has been customized by Laek, the customized marking will also be replaced.
