My 2023 resolution was to eliminate as many ‘disposables’ from my life as possible. I use an insulated mug and I found a good sized one that both fits my cupholders and can be easily stowed in my pack. Take the time to look around, eventually you will find the mug for you there are millions of them out there.
I usually use a thermal mug while driving to work on cold mornings! A long commute is actually pretty cozy with a good audiobook and some nice hot coffee!

Great information reminder of how the outdoors is so good for our wellbeing. I take these things so seriously for I am a cancer survivor and work in the nursing field and hair stylist.
